How do I access my retreat?

You should have received an auto-generated message with your username and password. You can access your retreat by clicking here and entering those details.

What if I want to change my password?

Don't like your auto-generated password? No problem! You can change your password by going through the forgotten password process on the login screen.

If you did NOT receive an email with your invoice, username and password; then please check your Promotions folder. If you still don’t see that email, your next step is…

What if I run into an issue?
